This is a notice explaining the removal of a website that was originally created to raise awareness about alleged harassment and abuse directed at a five-year-old child and her family.

The notice names YouTuber Jeremy B Hales, Martha G. Rizk, and their channel "What The Hales" as the primary individuals accused of this harassment. According to the notice, they used their YouTube channel and Facebook groups to incite hate, spread false information, and encourage others to harass, defame, and abuse the child and her family, both verbally and mentally. It also alleges that they contacted government authorities with false claims in an attempt to have the child removed from her family, while publicly claiming they wanted to adopt her.

The notice further states that other channels—like Veterans Nation, That Umbrella Guy, Megan Fox, Mr Coop, Just Jay Hip, and others—also participated in the harm of the child and her family for profit and online content. Because of ongoing stalking and concerns that anything posted would be misused, the site was taken down on November 19, 2024, before it was broadcasted publicly.

The August 2025 update clarifies when the site was taken down and confirms that the owners removed it due to ambiguous content.
